PRESIDENT
When she’s not helping her clients buy and sell properties, Gina enjoys soaking up the best the Bay Area has to offer: playing on the water, hiking, yoga, and camping with her husband and daughter.

Adam Knight
VICE PRESIDENT
Adam grew up in Texas and made his way to California in 2007. Upon arrival, and experiencing his first day of California weather, he knew he never wanted to leave. Adam is a former 82nd airborne Military Intelligence officer and former Secret Service Special Agent. He is married to the best lady ever and has an awesome 11 year old daughter. His best day is spent with them both.

Char Johanson
TREASURER
Char has been a Ben Lomond resident for 11 years. She feels fortunate to have landed in such a beautiful place. She is a mortgage consultant and is passionate about bringing the joy and dream of homeownership to life for her clients. When she’s not working, she’s either enjoying time with her husband and two loving pooches or practicing karate. She is also co-owner of Jersey Mike’s on the westside Santa Cruz. Char is passionate about being of service in the community and is grateful for the opportunity to serve on the Board of GRO Community.

Sarah Wagner
SECRETARY
Born and raised Bay Area native - Transplant to beautiful Santa Cruz County!
Sarah grew up in Walnut Creek and fell in love with all things marketing and design during college at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Social Media is in her blood…she is a millennial after all…and she has a love for teaching. Her greatest joy is in helping others understand how to make the digital marketing world work for them and their businesses.
When she is not working you can find her at the beach with her family, hiking in the Santa Cruz mountains with her dogs or with her nose in a good book!

Maia Yates
MEMBER
Santa Cruz local, mama, wife, San Lorenzo Valley community member, lover of swimming and the outdoors!
She is currently the Director of Program Services for Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Cruz County. She has been in youth development for over 20 years in Santa Cruz County, has been a Montessori teacher, director, active community advocate for our youth and families.
Maia loves being active in our community and elevating those who need us most to live a fruitful and comfortable life.
